My Epic Relish

This is honestly so easy to make, and has way more flavour but waaaay less sugar than store bought ketchup or relish. Add it to sandwiches, burgers or even as a crisp n dip situation.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2Tbsp tomato pure

  • 2Tbsp oil

  • 1tsp mustard

  • 1/2 onion finely chopped

  • 2 large tomato’s finely chopped

  • 1/8 tsp salt (or to taste)

    OPTIONAL

  • 1 gherkin finely chopped (sugar free)

METHOD

1: It's as easy as adding all of the above ingredients in a bowl and mixing... that's it!

NOTES

There is no added sugar, but obviously there’s sugar in the balsamic, but it is nominal, and if you add gherkins you'd need to make sure you get the sugar free variety.

WHY DO I WRITE ABOUT THIS...

I’ve lived through it. I understand how it feels to want a radical life change but not know where to start. Feeling trapped by exhaustion, self-doubt, and confusion. I’ve felt the weight of wanting more from life but not having the energy or motivation to pursue it. I believe that feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and trapped shouldn't be normal.
